As long as you're not buying something super cheap like Pittsburg, decent Adjustable Wrenches are easy to come by. I use Craftsman and Here's a 3 Piece set that I have gotten plenty of value out of.

For budgets sake, I'm going to recommend this Craftsman set which includes a driver and an impact (this is plenty for normal use), I highly recommend if you have the money though to upgrade to the brushless models for more than normal use. If you enjoy doing home improvement projects or DIY projects often the brushless is a better choice overall. The charge lasts longer, they are stronger, the tool itself will last longer as well. This is usually the case regardless of the brand.
